As the Year of the Snake approaches, on the morning of January 23rd, Fan Jintian, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Group Company, and Xu Li, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager, visited and extended their condolences to retired veteran cadres, model workers, and employees facing difficulties, conveying festive greetings and heartfelt wishes. 

       Fan Jintian visited the home of retired veteran cadre Mi Dengbang, engaging in a warm conversation and attentively inquiring about his daily life, health, and family situation. Seeing that Mr. Mi, despite being over 90 years old, remains spirited and optimistic, Fan expressed great comfort. He once again expressed deep admiration and gratitude for the pioneering spirit and relentless dedication of the older generation of MCC20 employees, who worked tirelessly to lay the foundation for the Group Company’s development. Fan also earnestly listened to Mi’s suggestions and opinions on the company’s future growth. Fan emphasized that 2025 marks the concluding year of the 14th Five-Year Plan and the preparatory year for the 15th Five-Year Plan. The Group Company will continue to uphold the fearless and forward-driving spirit of the older generation, steadfastly adhering to established strategies and vigorously advancing the company’s transformation, upgrading, and high-quality development. 

       Xu Li visited the homes of national model worker Wang Xishan and employee Liu Gang, who is facing difficulties. He warmly conversed with them, showing concern for their health and living conditions. Xu expressed profound respect and sincere gratitude to model workers like Wang Xishan, instructing relevant departments to provide lifelong care and support for model workers to better leverage their influence and exemplary role, inspiring all employees to dedicate themselves to their work with passion and responsibility. 

        At Liu Gang’s home, Xu stated that the Group Company always adheres to a “people-oriented” approach, prioritizing “enhancing humanistic care” as a key task. Through various support activities, the company is committed to addressing employees’ practical difficulties and solving their problems. He encouraged Liu Gang’s family to maintain a positive and optimistic attitude, bravely facing temporary challenges. 

       The warmth-sending activities during the New Year and Spring Festival holidays are an important initiative by the Group Company to implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee. They also serve as a crucial opportunity to understand and address the work and living conditions of employees. The Group Company will continue to refine its support systems, taking multiple measures to care for and serve its employees, inspiring them to contribute with greater enthusiasm to the company’s reform and development.
